If you would like to contribute to SEFI 2018, read about our submission types and guidelines for submission.

You can submit a full concept or research paper until 4 May 2018. A template is available here. When you upload the full paper you need to choose among different session formats and upload a second file where you specify how you intend to organize your session.

This second file is a necessary upload as reviewers will use the information provided for the review process. The Local Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee are trying to implement new interactive session formats. Thus, authors are encouraged to reflect upon how they plan to conduct their session already at this stage of the submission process. Reviewers are asked to evaluate the information provided and recommend the most appropriate session format in case of acceptance of a full paper.

You can submit in ConfTool an extended abstract for non-paper based contribution, such as workshop or round table discussion, until 21 May 2018. Workshops and round table discussions are also subjected to peer-review.

We provide review criteria for the different contributions here.
